ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. (Gray News) – A stray cat is getting all of the love at their long-term home after being discovered within the long-term parking zone of an airport.
The cat, now referred to as Spirit, was initially discovered by an airport worker who contacted the Allegheny County Police Department, in accordance with the police division.
Officers have been in a position to catch Spirit and shortly realized she was malnourished and in want of veterinary care.
One of the officers, Officer Edward Watts, volunteered to take Spirit in and get her the care she wanted.
It was found that Spirit had underlying well being points, however Allegheny police mentioned she is now anticipated to make a full restoration and is acclimating nicely to her new home with Officer Watts’ household.
