A wayward cat that was discovered by Caltrans staff on the 5 Freeway in Orange County will probably be up for adoption following therapy for its accidents.
The staff noticed the orange cat curled up close to the middle divider of the freeway mistaking it for a deceased animal. Upon additional inspection, they realized the kitty was simply frightened and injured, too weak to maneuver.
