BURR RIDGE, Ill. (WLS) — An auto mechanic in Burr Ridge was in a position to free a cat he discovered trapped below the muffler of a automobile he was engaged on Monday morning.
Willy Li, the supervisor of LM Cars in Burr Ridge, stated he was scared when he first found the feline as a result of he did not understand how the cat was going to reply to makes an attempt to assist it. But he was in a position to loosen the automobile components that had trapped the cat in a good and probably lethal scenario, and the animal then fell down out of the automobile and gave the impression to be OK, with solely a lower to its neck.
Li contacted DuPage Animal Control to allow them to know concerning the cat, and it was picked up quickly after, he stated.
DuPage Animal Control stated they took the cat again to their shelter the place it was handled by veterinary employees. They described the cat as “very affectionate,” and stated they’re have posted it to their Facebook web page in hopes of finding the proprietor.
