LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A horrific case of animal cruelty has ended with a person in custody and a kitten critically injured, however fortunately she’s on her technique to restoration.

They arrived to search out Richard Swangler, 56, contained in the home with scratch and chew marks on his arm.
