A Bridgeport man is dealing with 15 counts of animal cruelty after being accused of dumping cats in Stratford.
Arthur Palace lately turned himself in. The investigation started again in September when an officer on his method to work stumbled upon two crates stuffed with 15 cats on River Road.
The Stratford Animal Control was notified and was in a position to retrieve the cats. Officials started elevating funds by means of social media to assist pay for the cats’ veterinary care.
Stratford police credited Detective Jennifer Murolo within the arrest of Palace.
