BILLINGS — A Billings boy discovered himself in a scary scenario on the Rims Sunday afternoon, after he acquired caught on a steep, rocky ledge whereas attempting to succeed in his cat, Bruce.
Van Sloan, 11, stated he was climbing as much as attain Bruce after which was not in a position to climb down.
