PSP: Bedford Co. man charged after being experienced shooting, eliminating cat with pellet weapon

State authorities in Bedford County state a Riddlesburg man is dealing with charges of animal cruelty after another man supposedly saw him shooting and eliminating a lady’s cat with a pellet weapon.

According to the affidavit, cannon fodders were dispatched to a residence along Paris Road, in Broad Top Township, in December to examine a supposed animal cruelty problem.

Troopers state the female reported that a person of her cats had actually been shot and killed by 35-year-old Shane Rickabaugh.

Police state the female declared that a person of her loved ones had actually apparently experienced the shooting.

Troopers state the female explained that she houses numerous cats, who frequently run around outdoors on her property.

According to the witness, cannon fodders state Rickabaugh was apparently walking down the street and tried to “shoo” among the cats away.

Police state the man then saw Rickabaugh go back to his residence and recover a weapon, a which point he supposedly continued to fire 2 chance ats the cat.
