Everybody gets a kitten in this week’s edition of Take Me Home Tuesday.
Leah Earl, of the Sudbury SPCA, says a recent arrival from a shelter in Dryden, Ont., consisted of 11 kittens in requirement of a permanently home.
“They are beautiful three-month-old kittens,” Earl said.
“We are so looking forward to placing all 11 of them into loving homes.”
Holding Lynx – who is the coolest of the 11 – Earl said the young felines are all filled with love and energy.
“Homes that are willing to keep up with their energies, homes that are willing to welcome a furry family member to their lives,” she said, when asked what sort of home would be the very best match.
If you have an animal already, Earl said the very best method to present a brand-new kitten is gradually.
She recommended having them spend 10 minutes together a couple of times a day.
“Just to see how they like each other – and then giving them breaks when you need to,” she said.
