BATAVIA, IL — A Batavia man is going through a number of costs, together with two felonies, after he was depicted in surveillance footage killing a cat, officers mentioned.
Officers have been dispatched at about 11:22 a.m. Aug. 4 to a store within the 900 block of West Wilson Street after a caller, who police described as a consultant of the business, reported discovering a lifeless cat in a field within the dumpster behind the storefront.
