3 males detained after video reveals sulfuric acid being put onto caged cat in Okeechobee County

OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, Fla. — Three males remain in custody after a video revealed them putting sulfuric acid on a caged cat while taping the act previously this year, according to the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office.

Two investigators with the firm served among the suspects, Jaymarion Lawton, 19, with a search warrant for his mobile phone on April 5.
