Phantom has been a resident of Arlington for almost 12 years.
But her earliest recognized existence was on the Prince George’s County animal shelter. She was acquired by Tails High, a cat rescue group in Alexandria, as a result of a nursing mom cat was wanted to assist elevate a litter of kittens that had been discovered on a ship.
After the kittens had been prepared for brand spanking new properties, “Ribbon” was spayed and made available for adoption. Her new mother had simply misplaced a cat to coronary heart illness and wanted a brand new roommate as quickly as attainable.
