HARRISON TWP. — Two teens might discover themselves needing to solution to misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty implicating them of tossing a cat off a bridge at a park in Northridge, Harrison Twp., just recently.

News Center 7 obtained video of among the teens, who takes a cat and releases it over his head and into a shallow creek. There are a variety of products in the creek the cat might have struck, consisting of a shopping cart and a piece of rock.
“It breaks my heart,” Northridge citizen David Crosby informed News Center 7′s Kayla McDermott, “It breaks my heart.”
McDermott revealed the video to individuals in the neighborhood, all of whom responded in scary.
Amanda Smith saw the video online.
“I felt like just nauseous. I was just kind of like ‘Oh my gosh, did that really just happen?’ ”
She tipped off the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office about the teenagers because they need to be punished, she said, whether or not the cat survived.
Sheriff Rob Streck said a deputy was able to locate the cat, which suffered no apparent injuries and was back with his family.
“Causing cruelty to animals is a sign that could lead to other things in adulthood,” he said.
Smith said that after she notified the constable’s workplace about the video, the teens learnt and sent her a message stating they don’t care about the cat or anybody else’s sensations. She revealed Streck that message.
“Hurting a defenseless animal and then bragging about it, saying you know nobody can touch us nobody can do this, its all nonsense,” the constable said.
The teenagers remain in custody, he said.
Smith, who explains herself as a worried neighborhood member, said, “These kids need saved because obviously they have too much time on their hands.”
