The yearly Funny Wildlife Photography Awards highlight amusing pictures of animals in the wild … consisting of those that develop mind-bending visual fallacies.
Professional photographer Jagdeep Rajput’s entertaining image “Pegasus, The Flying Horse” was acknowledged in the 2022 contest’s Highly Commended classification.
Rajput snapped the image in Keoladeo National forest in India when a blue bull ventured too near to an Indian sarus crane’s nest.
” The [sarus] crane, which is the highest flying bird on the planet, opened its big wings and assaulted the bull from behind, driving the bull far from the nest,” Rajput composed.
With the crane’s wings spread out behind the bull, it appeared to look like Pegasus, the winged horse from Greek folklore.
