A uncommon fowl that “discovered consolation” within the lake of the Fountains of Bellagio paused the favored Las Vegas water present Tuesday night.
“We are glad to welcome probably the most unique company,” the Bellagio Las Vegas posted on social media Tuesday. “The Fountains of Bellagio are paused as we work with state wildlife officers to rescue a Yellow-billed Loon.”
The Yellow-billed Loon is an “worldwide species of concern thought of to be one of many 10 rarest birds that repeatedly breed on the mainland U.S.,” in accordance with the National Park Service.
The Nevada Department of Wildlife is monitoring the state of affairs. It stays unclear when the favored fountain exhibits will resume.
