Thomas Edward Jones, 38, is accused of taking pictures useless a northern goshawk at his northern Powys pheasant farm on July 22 final 12 months.

Jones, of Pentre Farm, close to Dolanog, entered a not responsible plea to the cost at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 19.
Jones faces one cost of killing a Schedule 1 wild fowl, an offence beneath the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
He is accused of deliberately killing the northern goshawk by taking pictures it useless whereas it was seen alive in a pen at his farm.

The case was set down for trial and that is scheduled to happen on November 6, in Welshpool, and can possible final a full day.
Jones was granted unconditional bail till that date.
