SINGAPORE: After an online user shared how she rescued a child bird, numerous online users required to the remarks area to applaud the compassion the lady revealed the animal.
“I decided to post here to share the beauty of life,” an online user composed in her post on the Singapore Wildlife Sightings Facebook page on Tuesday (Aug 8). The netizen shared the heartfelt story of how she rescued a child bird after discovering it captured on the edge of its nest.
“If I did not rescue this baby bird, it’d have died,” the netizen composed. “It got its claw adhered to the plastic nesting product utilized by its parent. The parent was calling out anxiously for a number of hours. I believed it was motivating the fledging to fly from the nest. I saw it set down outside the nest.
When I examined one hour later on, the fledging remained in the exact same area on the nest. I thought it was stuck. I had one bird stuck the exact same method and passed away 2 years back. That time I didn’t understand birds can get stuck in this manner. So I took the nest in, released the fledging and put it among some plants. It was still there late night. Its parent neighbored. The next day it vanished.”
The online user then shared that the story had a happy ending, stating, “Two days later, I saw the fledging, alive–last photo. I hope you enjoyed my story.”
