TOKYO, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) — An outbreak of extremely pathogenic avian influenza at a poultry farm in Japan’s japanese prefecture of Ibaraki has been confirmed, the farm ministry mentioned on Monday, marking the second fowl flu outbreak within the nation this season.
