Dr Miami became an online sensation when he shared before-and-afters of work on his clients, and his book, My Beautiful Mommy, brought him more mainstream acclaim.
He boasts dozens of celebrity clients, including several MTV’s Teen Mom alumni – and, now, the Duolingo bird.
It’s certainly a unique marketing tactic for the educational app, but it’s definitely got people talking.
