This couple was at a Chicago White Sox and Houston Astros game when they saw a bird fall from the sky into someone’s lap. One of them walked over and rescued the bird.
The TikTok posted by @caseyriveter shows the poor little green bird covered in spider webs. She cleaned him up and named him Jose Altuve, after a player for the Astros. Luckily, the pair are animal rescuers, so they knew exactly what to do to help the little bird out. After the game, they brought him outside to a safe place and released him. The baby bird searched for worms and bugs for a bit before flying away.

NOTE: Do not try to help wildlife of any sort unless you are trained. Find a local wildlife rehabber/rescuer or veterinarian ASAP, or call a rescue hotline. Here are some that might help!
