Chough, well-known for being a coastal chicken in Cornwall, has began spreading inland in what conservationists have referred to as a “flourishing” improvement.
Cornwall Wildlife Trust stated Choughs have been seen inland within the Penwith space with regularity, particularly on the charity’s reserves.

The belief’s west Cornwall reserves supervisor, Nick Marriott, stated: “For Choughs to be coming inland to our reserves is a primary – and actually thrilling, because it reveals how properly they’re doing. Their presence displays the richness of our nature reserves for wildlife.
“The public are welcome to go to Bostraze and Bartinney all yr spherical.
