International legislation agency Bird & Bird has recruited IP and information litigator Ann Henry to its Dublin workplace.
Ms Henry begins on the agency tomorrow and brings over 20 years’ expertise to her new position. She represents worldwide corporations in pan-European litigation, notably within the areas of patent litigation and information privateness disputes within the life sciences, expertise and retail sectors.
At Bird & Bird, Ms Henry will work carefully with IP and tech litigator Michael Finn, information safety professional Anna Morgan and regulatory and public affairs director Francine Cunningham in Ireland in addition to the broader Bird & Bird IP, information and UPC groups throughout Europe.
A key a part of her position can be to develop the agency’s rising observe round each private and basic information litigation in Bird & Bird’s Ireland workplace, together with regulatory compliance and company-to-company information litigation.
