ZIRO, 6 Nov: Fourteen winter season migratory bird types were recorded throughout a three-day study carried out at Swkhe lake, Borang Aji, Pigey Aji, Khogebo Aji and adjacent locations here in Lower Subansiri district from 30 October.
Of the 14 bird types, 3 brand-new types– the spotted redshank, the black-headed gull, and the peregrine falcon– were contributed to the list.
The spotted redshank was photographed for the very first time in the location.
The study was carried out by the Arunachal Birding Club, in cooperation with the Ziro Birding Club, on the sideline of the Ziro Bird Stroll.
Every year, numerous migratory birds of various types get here in Ziro valley.
