A six-foot-long boa constrictor crawled out of the window of a third-floor Vancouver house Sunday, according to the snake’s owner who is requesting help looking for the snake.

“My child is missing out on,” Phoenix Crowther said in a Facebook post, asking locals of the Kitsilano location to be on the lookout for her cherished animal.

In a plea to an online group for missing out on family pets in Vancouver, Crowther said she resides in a building at West fourth Avenue and MacDonald Street which she saw the snake was missing out on around 3 p.m.

“Our restroom window was a little open so I’m presuming she crawled down the emergency exit searching for food. Boas enjoy to both climb and to burrow so she might be up in branches or down in the garden,” it checks out.
