A North Carolina man said in a suit that officers with the Horry County Police Department wrongfully jailed him after a traffic drop in 2019.
Antonio Johnson-Fulwood, of Brunswick County, declares he was pulled over and looked for no factor as he was following the guidelines of the roadway prior to the traffic stop November 2019.

It is unclear what Johnson-Fulwood was charged with.
He was apprehended and his car was browsed throughout the stop on Nov. 1. His legs remained in double-locked leg irons and jailed, according to the fit, which was submitted March 6.
Johnson-Fulwood was “improperly profiled” and targeted with “malicious intent,” the fit declares.
