On December 31, 2023, the corporate had 991,426 enrolled pets.
The one-millionth subscriber was Boz, an Australian cattle puppy from Connecticut. Boz is the third pet in his family to be protected by Trupanion.
In 2022, the pet medical insurance coverage class in North America generated over $3.5 billion in income, up roughly 24% year-over-year, with Trupanion the most important contributor to that progress, based on the press launch.
