The event took place on Thursday night, following which the implicated was apprehended, they said.
“Rajpal Rajawat, published as a guard at a regional branch of Bank of Baroda, opened fire with his certified weapon in Khajrana police headquarters location late night on Thursday following an argument over family pet dogs,” Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Amrendra Singh said.
Two individuals, determined as Vimal (35) and Rahul Verma (28), were killed in the shooting, while 6 others were hurt and they are presently going through treatment at a health center, he said.
“The run-in began when Rajawat was taking his family pet dog for a walk in Krishnabagh Colony location. His dog began battling with another canine owned by Rajawat’s neighbour, which activated an argument in between the 2 dog owners,” he said.
Their heated argument intensified to such a degree that Rajawat went to his house and fired 2 rounds in the air from the balcony, prior to opening fire on individuals basing on the roadway listed below, the authorities included.
Rajawat was later on apprehended and his double-barrel 12 bore weapon was taken, he said.
