William Lloyd-Hayward has been made managing director of Sirius Finance, following the departure of co-founder and managing director Nicholas Christofi.
This comes after the agency returned to being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brightstar Financial after Christofi gave up his shareholding.
Lloyd-Hayward will proceed to be group COO on the Brightstar Group alongside his position at Sirius.
Bradley Moore, former managing director of Brightstar Financial, will tackle the extra position of group deputy CEO whereas Clare Jupp has been appointed group chief folks officer. She was beforehand group director of individuals improvement.
Rob Jupp stays group CEO of Brightstar Group and the 4 will lead Sirius Finance.
