A common backyard and pet store has unveiled its massive new growth in a Norfolk market city.

Myhills Pet and Garden in Watton opened the extension earlier this week which has added one other 1500 sq ft to the flagship retailer.

Roy Hagan, 54, firm director, mentioned: “We’re very happy with the way it turned out.

“It’s a a lot smarter setting to supply our merchandise from and by providing a greater diversity in a way more spacious space we hope it is going to herald much more individuals.”

As a part of the extension, a lot of the business’ homeware and kitchen items have been moved to occupy the bottom ground house, which Mr Hagan mentioned would enable them to develop the present backyard furnishings and seasonal shows.

“The new growth permits us to cowl so many bases and offers the Watton retailer an actual division retailer really feel,” Mr Hagan added.

“We need individuals to really feel like they’ll come to us for something, as an alternative of needing to exit of city to a bigger place like Dereham or Wymondham.

“It makes extra sense economically and ecologically.”

As nicely as Watton, Myhills has shops in Attleborough, Dereham, Diss, Swaffham and Wymondham.

The extension, which took roughly three months, is amongst various plans for the model’s future which Mr Hagan mentioned can be revealed as and once they come.
