World’s Cutest Rescue Dog Contest Now Accepting Submissions

Your rescue dog is the prettiest puppy in the entire world, we understand. But every pet parent believes the very same feature of their canine buddy. That’s why there’s the World’s Cutest Rescue Dog Contest. The contest, provided by People magazine and the Pedigree brand, pits cute dogs versus one another, eventually calling a winner.
