Donna Laithwaite, 38, did not fulfill the requirements of any of her 3 cats, stopping working to offer them with adequate food or veterinary treatment.

RSPCA inspector Deborah Beats said: “The death of both of these cats was totally unneeded and they should have suffered badly.
