Jan. 31 (UPI) — Firefighters and animal rescuers in Britain got here to the rescue of a deer discovered wedged upside-down in a slender hole between two homes.
The RSPCA stated personnel responded alongside the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service when the muntjac deer was discovered caught in Lough.
The rescuers used ropes and poles to softly pull the deer to security.
“This was a tough rescue as a result of the deer was trapped so tightly and to complicate issues was additionally the other way up — it will need to have been terrifying for him. Thankfully he was freed and it was such a aid to look at him run free into the undergrowth,” Animal Rescue Officer Karen Nix stated in an RSPCA information launch.
