This swan brought on a stir in a busy metropolis centre because it was escorted previous consumers by three cops.
Locals have been left baffled when the officers have been noticed fastidiously ushering the cygnet by way of the busy streets of Bath metropolis centre on Sunday.
One used a fluorescent police jacket to softly usher the swan in the direction of the close by River Avon, inflicting a flap as consumers pulled out their telephones to snap the scene.
The scene was harking back to 2007 comedy movie Hot Fuzz starring Simon Pegg during which cops should spherical up a swan.
Local Simon Galloway, 49, stated: “I used to be simply out procuring with my spouse and daughter – and we observed a little bit of commotion exterior the store.
“That was once we noticed a cygnet being escorted down the road – presumably all the way down to the river.
