“AN animal charity that’s struggling to remain open has issued a plea for assist.
RSPCA Warrington, Halton, and St Helens Branch cares for animals which are victims of the worst circumstances of abuse.
There are at present 350 dogs on the ready listing for the Slutchers Lane website resulting from growing ranges of abuse and neglect.

But this isn’t sufficient.
