Animal abandonments incidents have soared to a surprising three 12 months excessive because the RSPCA warns undesirable pets face a bleak winter.
The animal welfare charity has launched surprising new stats that present abandonments are up 22% in North Yorkshire amid the continuing cost of residing disaster.
