RSPCA Inspector Rebecca Benson is wanting into the incident and stated: “The circumstances through which these poor cats had been discovered may be very regarding and we’re grateful to the canine walker and Cats Protection for reporting this to us and all their assist.
“What makes this fairly weird is that we have no idea if the cats had been within the provider when dumped or in the event that they had been useless or alive on the time of being left.
“While we will solely speculate on the circumstances, If they had been within the provider once they died, there isn’t any signal of trauma that might be indicative of a predator species transferring the our bodies. So, we have no idea how the provider and our bodies ended up on reverse sides of the highway.
“As these are quite an unusual breed I am hoping someone will have some information which can help me with my enquiries. I would urge anyone who has any information to contact me on the RSPCA inspector appeal line in confidence on 0300 123 8018.”
