The RSPCA is interesting for data after the physique of a canine was found mutilated, beheaded and burnt in a London park on Tuesday morning (23 April).

Animal Rescue Officer (ARO) Lee Ricketts is investigating for the animal welfare charity. He mentioned: “This was a very distressing discovery.
