The RSPCA has launched an investigation after an underweight puppy was dumped by a roadside in Chichester.

The seven-month-old spaniel cross was discovered by a member of the general public on Hook Lane on November 14 and was taken to a neighborhood vet for remedy and the incident was reported to the RSPCA.
