A teen from Pewsey has actually scooped an RSPCA Young Professional photographer award for his close-up shot of a pelican’s head.

The photo, entitled Meet Costs was taken by 14-year-old Joshua Kneale on a boat journey throughout a household vacation to Namibia.

It won him initially reward in the 12 to 15’s classification in the RSPCA’s Young Professional photographer awards 2022 at the Tower of London, his very first classification win.

He stated: “It was simply a fantastic experience. The pelicans would fly onto the roofing of the boat so it was the ideal chance.
