Oakham Book Swap is supporting Nine and a Half Lives Cat Rescue this month, and will probably be internet hosting a Big Book Swap to lift funds for the native rescue.

Oakham Book Swap is a community-led challenge that hosts a pop-up ebook swap field on Tyne Road, Oakham. Residents are invited to select up a brand new ebook or drop off undesirable books to share with different readers.

The swap comprises fiction and non-fiction books for anybody aged 3 – 93, and is open to all. It opens when the climate permits and the crew host common ‘Book Swap’ occasions to lift much-needed funds for native and nationwide charities.

This month, Lisa has determined to lift funds for Nine and a Half Lives Cat Rescue, since February marks one yr for the reason that household adopted their fur child from the native rescue centre.

Lisa defined: “February marks one yr since we adopted our cat, Napoleon, from Nine and a Half Lives Cat Rescue, so this month we’re delighted to make them our chosen charity!
