One reviewer stated: “Well this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited and I have visited the best in Venice , Dubai and New York to mention a few and this is truly up among the best .
“As you enter you feel transported back to a world of 1920’s glamour and luxury and it does not disappoint as you head to your room . It’s a continuous feast for all of your senses and the only downside to it is that my stay was not long enough !
“The price is on the more expensive side of average however this hotel is worth every penny to make an occasion special plus it’s location is perfect for shopping , meals and theatre trips as you are right in the beating heart of Manchester. Highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again !”

Another stated: “I was treated to the Big Band Night in the Gilt Room for my birthday and just ‘wow’! The intimate Speakeasy setting was unique, the food was delicious and the service was fabulous. Attentive but not intrusive. The star of the night, however, was the band.
