Dewi and Owain are looking for a 2nd opportunity of joy.
The 2 guinea pigs were brought into the care of the RSPCA after their well-being requirements were not being satisfied.
Kath Logan, deputy supervisor said “We truly hope Owain and Dewi will stand out of the ideal potential owners – and make sure more happy endings for the RSPCA.

“Rescue animals can be such rewarding companions, and we would urge anyone able and willing to add a pet to their family visit our find a pet website to find out more about the animals looking for their forever homes.”
Dewi and Owain although worried will need a lot of hanging out and will make fantastic family animals.
As single neutered males, staff are searching for houses for both and to be incorporated into a female group of guinea pigs, so they have friendship.
“Dewi is a lovely little boy but very shy, he will need a nice big hutch or cage with multiple places to sleep, hide and play.” She continued.
“Owain will likewise gain from a big pen or hutch with great deals of concealing areas to sleep and adequate room to check out and run around.

“They all love hearing the rustle of vegetable bags in the morning, and you will often hear them squeal with excitement.”

The RSPCA are offering devoted cost of living assistance for concerned family pet owners, with a recently-opened telephone helpline on 0300 123 0650 and an online center, with suggestions and recommendations consisting of information of family pet food bank plans.
She included: “Due to the cost of living crisis and other elements we are complete to rupturing, and we constantly have family pets waiting to come in so we can fix up and rehome them.
“Rehoming has really slowed down at the moment, so if you are considering and able to take on a pet, please consider rehoming a rescue animal instead of buying.”
