LARGO, Fla. – A morning fire broke out in a Largo duplex, sending out one kid to the healthcare facility Tuesday.
The fire took place at a single-story duplex in the 2800 block of Oaklawn Opportunity prior to 7 a.m.
Largo Fire Rescue stated it’s uncertain what began the fire, which started in the cooking area of among the systems.
Firemens had the ability to keep the flames included to the cooking area, they stated.

A 3-year-old kid was required to Johns Hopkins All Kid’s Healthcare facility for smoke inhalation and remains in steady condition.
Fire rescue authorities stated the kid’s mom was dealt with on-site and decreased transportation.
A dog in the house was carried by fire rescue to a close-by veterinarian; its condition is unidentified.
The Red Cross is helping the residents of both systems.
