Felix is up for adoption with Safe Rescue and is at present staying at a foster home in Norwich.
When Safe Rescue representatives first met him at a Romanian shelter in March, they described him as trying “skeletal, filthy and terrified”.
He had lately been separated from his brothers who had badly attacked him and prevented him from consuming.
A spokeswoman for Safe Rescue mentioned: “By the time Felix travelled to us a couple of weeks later he’d gained weight as he’d not been fed amongst bullying siblings that didn’t permit him to eat.
“But he was nonetheless frightened of the prospect of human contact and spent his first days right here studiously avoiding us.”

She added: “Thankfully Felix has an inherent nosy, meddlesome, zany persona and his curiosity in us bustling little people quickly bought the higher of him.
“He started watching at a distance however steadily bought nearer and nearer till he was absolutely embroiled in all of the goings on.
“Felix is now a cheeky, comical and fun-loving boy who is able to search for his new home.”
He has grow to be assured and affectionate and his carers say his “extra-long tail” with a kink on the finish “by no means stops wagging”.
Felix can be happiest residing with youngsters over the age of eight and would want any fences to be over 5ft tall.
He has not been cat-tested and is “unlikely” to be okay round small animals.
