AN EASTER Cats Defense sale run by the Inverurie and Alford group brought visitors both regional and from the broader north-east to the Alford neighborhood hall on Saturday.
Admission was ₤ 1 or contributions of cat food and an excited crowd of visitors were dealt with to pastry shop, books, bric-a-brac, bags, plants, raffle and a lot more, all of which were quickly flying off the stands.
One fortunate visitor at the raffle table wee Holly Reid who left clutching a big chocolate Easter bunny and a number of eggs.
The group’s Alison Duncan did the last tally for the afternoon and was pleased to report they raised ₤ 1000 thanks to all who went to.
