Mynewhair, which was established in 2006, has actually raised over £2,000 by hosting a dog walking fundraiser which saw about 100 individuals show up.
The charity was established by Trevor Sorbie MBE in memory of his sister-in-law, Jackie, who lost her hair while going through chemotherapy for bone cancer.
The occasion welcomed dog owners to come together on April 15 at Stokes Bay, where they a strolled along the coastline and after that took pleasure in an afternoon of activities at The Alverbank Hotel.
