“It’s quite nice making new traditions because we did that before Christmas, we sat down together and talked about it: ‘Okay, blank space, what shall we make tradition from now on?’ “

The former Big Brother presenter split from husband Matthew Robertson, known for presenting Pet Rescue, in 2017 following 17 years of marriage.

They share three children – daughters Holly, 21, and Tilly, 19, and son Chester, 16.

McCall previously revealed she and Douglas had made an agreement not to talk about their relationship.

She said: “We’ve got an agreement that I don’t talk about our relationship, because our exes and kids don’t have a right to reply, so it’s not fair.

“But I love doing the podcast with him. It’s basically an extension of what we’ve always done as friends, which is recommend things to each other.

“Even if we didn’t make any money – which we haven’t really, yet – we would still do it just because we love it.

“People also seem to really love it. But I guess that is the most public thing we do together.”
