A session has been launched on proposed steering for pet house owners as a part of the Animal Welfare Bill.
The invoice will increase safety for home and saved animals and enhance penalties for these discovered responsible of animal cruelty.
Views at the moment are being sought on draft animal welfare codes surrounding cats, dogs, horses and rabbits.

The consultation will run till November 2, when the suggestions might be used to tell the finalised codes that may come into impact when the Animal Welfare Bill receives Royal Assent.
Dr Haywood addded that the division might be launching a separate session on the usage of e-collars on dogs.
