A GROUP of historic car lovers donated greater than £2,000 to an Isle of Wight charity.
Following an open day, Vectis Historic Car Membership (VHVC) raised £2,500 for Potential Canine 4 Younger Folks (AB4YP).
The charity has greater than 60 canines and puppies, with 35 immediately helping disabled younger individuals with a wide range of wants.
VHVC had been left £2,000 by the late Paddi Eales, and the choice was made so as to add an extra £500 from the open day.
It will allow the organisation to coach a brand new pet named Paddi, to hitch Jack, the canine named after Paddi’s husband in 2017.
The £2,500 cheque was introduced by Peter Hodgson, membership president, on behalf of membership members.
