An animal was left with fishing hooks caught in its throat sparking an emergency rescue operation.
The cormorant, an aquatic hen, was found struggling at Loch Lomond and rushed to Vets Now Emergency Hospital Glasgow for therapy.
The out-of-hours medics “sprang into action” instantly to save lots of the creature at their Charing Cross department.
