YOUNGSTOWN — Costs are pending after Animal Charity of Ohio in Boardman eliminated eight canines and two puppies Wednesday from a house within the 300 block of South Jackson Road.
Animal Charity obtained a telephone name from a involved citizen and went to the East Aspect house, the place eight canines have been being saved in a yard hidden from view and in deplorable circumstances.
